Transporting visitors on an extraordinary expedition through the Arabian landscape, we explored the realms of nature where sky, land, and sea serve as guides. Our client, Gebr. Heinemann, ensured that each space within 130,000 sq.ft. of retail areas across the airport was carefully considered through our design. The Fashion & Accessories section draws on the concept of the moon and sky, integral to many significant celebrations. For Beauty, desert sands inspired clay and brown tones, paired with flowing and shifting shapes. In Tobacco & Confectionery, the Red Sea coral reef inspired the use of colour and shape in columns and ceiling features.
